In these terms of use, any use of the words “you”, “yours” or similar expressions shall mean any user of this website whatsoever. Terms such as “we”, “us”, “our” or similar expressions shall mean the Sports Rights Owners Coalition, being a forum of international and national sports bodies and competition organisers.

Please read this page carefully. It sets out the terms which apply to your use of the Sports Rights Owners Coalition (“SROC”) website and any part of its content and all materials appearing on www.sroc.info (“the Website”). By using the Website you agree to comply with these terms. Note that there may be additional terms on other pages which apply to particular parts of the Website. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the Website.

Accessing the Website

We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Intellectual property rights

The trade marks and logos shown on the Website are owned by the international and national sports bodies and competition organisers which form SROC (“SROC Members”). All other materials published on the Website are: 1/ owned or licensed by SROC or a SROC Members; 2/ owned or licensed by third parties; or 3/publicly sourced information.

No rights are granted to use any trade marks, logos or any other materials published on the Website without the prior written permission of the owner.

You may download and print material from the Website as is reasonable for your personal use. You may also forward such material from the Website to other people for their personal use, provided our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Website is acknowledged.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You must not use any part of the content on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do.
